Bible Journaling Workshop
November 5

The time has come!  Please come join us for some creative worshipping in a workshop style event on November 5th from 9 to 11AM at TerraNova Church (7 Whatney, Irvine, CA near Bake and Rockfield)! We will have a short presentation followed by time to try out several different techniques for documenting your faith.  There is no cost and we will provide materials for you to use, but if you’d like to bring your own, the optional supplies are listed below.  Please RSVP to me today (holly.a@ourterranova.comso that we know how many chairs and tables to setup. Feel free to bring your own beverage or snacks to enjoy during the workshop.  I hope to see you there!

  • Journaling Bible (can be purchased at Barnes and Noble,, Rejoice in Mission Viejo, Family Christian Store in Costa Mesa, Lifeway in Tustin, or online at several other Christian bookstores.  I do know that Family Christian Stores have their journaling bibles on sale right now for between 30-50% off.)  We will have a few on display for you to look at if you’d rather wait and compare some in person.  You could also just bring aa Sketchbook or Blank Journal instead to practice in.
  • Pencil
  • Scissors
  • Pen (ideally, a waterproof, bleed proof pen such as Micron, Le Pen, Pitt Artist Pens, Copic Multiliner, Staedtler Pigment Liner etc. You can use other pens but they may indent the pages (ball points) or bleed through (Sharpies))
  • Adhesive (scrapbooking adhesives, tape runner, glue stick, etc., but I would not use wet glues like school glue)
  • Colored Pencils
  • Watercolor Pencils
  • Crayola Broad-tip Markers
  • Watercolor Paints
  • Acrylic/craft Paints
