Our Summer LIFEgroups

Summer LIFEgroups will meet around 4 or 5 times between the beginning of summer through July (in most cases). It's a short-term commitment! (Each group will arrange those dates differently, largely based on the availability of the people who sign up.)

Many of our summer groups will have discussions centered around our summer curriculum, "Shalom Statements". We are going to learn four statements that contain only three words. These statements, which roll off our tongue as a reflection of our heart, can bring about "Shalom", the Hebrew word for peace. When the Hebrew prophets used "Shalom" in their writings, it had this meaning: "the webbing together of God, humans, and all creation into justice, fulfillment, and delight." As we learn these Shalom Statements, we take steps to fulfill this great vision: more peace in the world and in our own lives! Groups will be following the Shalom Statements curriculum unless indicated otherwise in the "group details" section.

Check out the list of groups available below. For more information about groups in general, or some personal assistance in finding the right group for you, email Lyle Castellaw.
