To ensure children at The Hub are cared for in a manner that reflects the values, safety, and excellence our church strives for, our Childcare Team works with all requests for childcare (LIFEgroups, TerraNova Tours, Inspire, etc.).
In order for our team to help fulfill requests to the best of their ability, please submit this form approximately 30 days prior to your first meeting date.

Guidelines

-Only those that have been background screened and trained may serve in kids classrooms. -Nursery: Only High School and older are permitted to serve in the Nursery. Males over the age of 12 are not permitted in the Nursery while there are infants present. -No unauthorized person may be in a classroom that has children present. -Children must be signed in by the adult that is responsible for him/her and picked up immediately after groups conclude. -Children are not permitted to roam around the Hub or be in classrooms unattended.

I understand these guidelines and will do everything I can to help our Childcare Team protect them.
