Join the ladies of TerraNova for a fun, informative and possibly life saving Women’s Self Defense Class on Saturday, August 29, 10:00am. This class will be taught by 7th Degree Blackbelt, Master Tom Vo and is open to ladies of all skill and fitness levels 13 and up (Please note for anyone under 16 a parent/guardian must be attending the class with them). Space is limited, so don’t wait to register! Cost is $30 until 8/23 and will be $40 after that.
